CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY – BUYERSSON

Product Return & Replacement Policy

At Buyersson, customer satisfaction is our top priority. In case of any dissatisfaction, manufacturing defect, or packaging defect, customers/distributors may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:
    •    The customer/Buyer must contact the authorized distributor or Buyersson from whom the product was purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    •    A valid reason for return must be provided.
    •    The product must be returned along with the original invoice / order receipt.

In such cases:
    •    The distributor is responsible for resolving the customer’s concern by providing either a refund or product replacement.
    •    The distributor may return the product to Buyersson along with the original invoice.

Buyersson will either:
    •    Replace the product free of cost, or
    •    Issue a cash voucher (Zero CC) of the same value, which can be utilized within 30 days for purchasing Company products of choice.

Documents Required for Product Return
    •    Duly filled Product Return Form
    •    Reason for return
    •    Copy of Invoice
    •    Returned product

Buy Back Policy (For Buyers)

Buyersson offers a Buy Back Policy for distributors who wish to resign from distributorship and return unsold products, subject to the following conditions:

Returned products must be:
    •    In good, usable, resalable, restockable condition
    •    Unopened, unaltered, and unused
    •    Having a minimum remaining shelf life of 4 months

Refund Terms
    1.    Within 30 days of purchase
    •    Full refund will be provided
    •    After deduction of:
    •    Any bonus/income paid, if applicable
    •    Reversal of CC if applicable
    2.    After 30 days of purchase
    •    Refund amount will be:
    •    Distributor cost of returned products
    •    Minus total bonus paid
    •    Minus GST
    •    Minus 10% service charge

This Buy Back Policy ensures responsible purchasing by distributors and ethical business practices across the Buyersson network.
